Olga Polunina joined the Foundation team in March 2026. As the coordinator of the Climate Change and Energy Policy program, Olga works on the topics of a just green transition, climate protection, green recovery and resilience of Ukraine, and women's leadership in energy and climate.
Before joining the Foundation, Olga worked in the public sector, in the fields of environmental protection and energy, and also participated in negotiation processes on European integration. Olga is an expert in civil society development, her portfolio includes work in leadership positions in such public organizations as Ecodia, INDEX, and Ro3kvit.
Olga holds a degree in international law from the Kyiv Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a master's degree in public service from the Vadym Hetman National University of Kyiv.
