Galyna Kotliuk joined the HBS team in September 2022. Her professional interests focus on advocating for the rights of women and LGBTQ+ people, promoting discussions of gender issues in public discourse, and advancing gender-sensitive approaches in Ukraine’s recovery and comprehensive defense system.

Before joining the Foundation, Galyna worked in the education sector. She is an alumna of the GMF ReThink.CEE 2024 research program and an international gender consultant for the OSCE.

Galyna holds a Master’s degree in Philology from Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University and a Master’s degree in British Studies from the University of Regensburg, Germany. She also holds a certification as a Diversity and Inclusion trainer from ESSEC Business School.
