At the end of May – beginning of June the presentation of third edition new format magazine “Ukraina Moderna” took place. It is the first magazine that was published with the help of Heinrich Böll Foundation in Ukraine. The topic of publication is: Marxism in Eastern Europe. Historians, philosophers, literary critics discuss the problems of national varieties of Marxism, Marxism in poststructuralism and modern tendencies in nationalism, social planning, polish sovietism, marxistic schemes of Ukrainian history, Britain neomarxist historiography, phenomenon of soviet philosophy.
There are such personalities among the authors as following: Marko Boytsun, Georgiy Kasyanow, Ronald Grigor Suni, Alexander Dmitriyev, Danuta Ulitska, Michael Ellman, Marek Kormat, Mykhaylo Minakov, Stepan Velychenko, Tomash Stryyek, Stanislav Kulchytskyy.
“Ukraina Moderna” is interdisciplinary international scientific magazine, which is published since 1996. It publishes only original material and is published twice a year. It is regularly sent to more than 100 scientific establishments in 17 countries of the world.
